How to tell a genuine message from QX Trust, and what to do if you receive one that is not.

Emails sent from qx-trusts.com
We have been made aware that a third party registered the domain qx-trusts.com and used it to send emails to our clients while presenting themselves as QX Trust. The domain has an additional letter s and has no connection to this firm. If you have received a message from that address, treat it as fraudulent and do not act on any instruction it contains.

Every genuine email from this firm is sent from our own domain. There are no alternatives, no variations and no partner domains.

What we will never do
- 1We will never notify you of a change to our bank account details by email alone.
- 2We will never ask you for a password, a one time code or the full details of a payment card.
- 3We will never send you an invoice from an address outside @qx-trust.com.
- 4We will never pressure you to transfer funds before you have had the chance to verify the request with us by telephone.
Before you act on a payment instruction
Check the sender address in full, including the part after the at sign. A single added or missing letter is the most common trick. If anything about a message feels unfamiliar, stop and call us on the number above, using the number from this page rather than the one printed in the email.
Report a suspicious message
If you have received an email that claims to come from QX Trust and you are not sure it is genuine, forward it to us and we will confirm.
