Extension of Time (EOT) for Filing of Income Tax Return Form under LBATA 1990 For YA2023

Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) via its letter dated 15 March 2023 has agreed to extend the submission of Income Tax Return Form (ITRF) under Section 5 and Section 10 of Labuan Business Activity Tax Act 1990 (LBATA 1990) for Year Assessment 2023 on / before 31 July 2023.
